I absolutely loved this company. The employees (Shawn, Robert, and Jay) were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The clean up was completed in a timely manner, thorough, and of high quality as promised. They informed us of expectations and the timeline of clean up, leaving the guesswork on our end out of the picture. We were very well taken care of and had zero worries throughout the process. I would recommend this company hands down!

The guys showed up on time and communicated every step of the way at my consent first. l can't say enough good things about our experience with the SERVPRO team of South Kenosha. They clearly explained the details of what they were going to do and arrived right on time prepared to work. The team was professional, courteous and worked very hard for two days completing the entire job (including a thorough cleanup) on time. I would highly recommend this company. Our basement flooded for the second time in six years because of sump pump failure. We called SERVPRO for the remediation for the second flooding because we didn't like the company we used the first time. SERVPRO was excellent! They came out the same day and moved furniture to remove all the carpeting, padding and wood trim. They were here several hours and stayed past 5:00 to get the job done and all the blowers going to dry us out on a Friday night. Hopefully, our basement never floods again, but if it does, we will be calling SERVPRO again.

This is one of the most caring restoration companies I have had the pleasure to work with as an insurance agent. They go the extra mile to ensure that everyone is cared for like they are family. I was so extremely impressed when they offered their services for free to help a person in need. I highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

Excellent service!! From Eric who came out and gave us the estimate, to Robert, Jay, Michael, Leon and Kyle who actually did the work, they were on time, and did the work cleanly and professionally, and for an extremely reasonable price. They took away the bad stuff and cleaned up what didn't need to be removed in far less time than what I was expecting. These guys are awesome, and if l, or anyone else I know has need of ANY of their services they are the one and only place that I will call.
